By accessing or using NISHRAM (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
NISHRAM provides an enterprise intelligent operations platform that unifies asset management, work order management, ITSM, SLA management, preventive maintenance scheduling, inventory management, executive dashboards, and AI-powered analytics. The optional NrgyAI Predictive Intelligence module analyzes sensor data to predict equipment failures. NISHRAM provides decision-support information and does not replace professional engineering judgement.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to NISHRAM. We process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not share, sell, or use your data for purposes other than delivering predictions and insights to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
NISHRAM offers subscription plans billed per-user. Pricing is listed on our Pricing page. Enterprise plans are available with custom terms. You may upgrade or cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (b) use the Service to process data you do not have rights to; (c) share account credentials; (d) attempt to access other users' data; or (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
NISHRAM provides predictive analytics as decision-support tools. We do not guarantee that predictions will prevent all equipment failures. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NISHRAM's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
