We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, company name, and job title when you sign up for NISHRAM, join our waitlist, or contact us. We also collect usage data including pages visited, features used, and device information through essential cookies.
We use your information to: provide and improve the NISHRAM service, communicate with you about your account, send product updates you've opted into, and analyze usage to improve our platform. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Your operational data (asset records, work orders, sensor readings, SCADA data) is processed solely to provide the NISHRAM service. We do not share, sell, or use your operational data for any purpose other than delivering the platform functionality to you. On-premise deployments keep all data within your infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Operational data retention depends on your plan configuration and deployment model. When you delete your account, we remove all associated data within 30 days. On-premise customers manage their own data lifecycle.
Under GDPR and applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. You can also object to processing or request restriction. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@NISHRAM.com.
